I'm Deirdre.
I'm doing really fine.
I help people, especially managers or entrepreneurs in solving problems on the relationship level.
Like there can be conflicts that can be like terrible team dynamics and can be like the elephant in the room.
Nobody talks about and trying to face it and to talk about it because that solves many of the problems.
It's much better.

Something similar, as you already said, like 15 steps behind.
Stopping being afraid of conflicts or difficult conversations.
I think that's the main issue because many people I notice and especially also managers, entrepreneurs, and for them, it's even more important.
They wait and just don't say what's bothering them.
They think, oh, it will be fine.
It will resolve itself.
No worries.
And my main thing is really helping people, first of all, solving those difficult situations, conflicts.
But even more to prevent them, to know this is something that is starting and to prevent it before it's even like that.
