And that relational level I'm mostly talking about has such a huge effect on the factual level.
Well, nowadays there are even studies that show that if you don't talk about these small little things, it has such a bad effect also on productivity, efficiency and all of that, what we actually want as a company.
It grew.
As you just said, it wasn't like, yeah, that's a business.
It's just like it came about.
I was in marketing before.
I studied sociology and economics and, you know, did like the career, had a leadership role and so on.
And all of a sudden, about after maybe 10 years, I thought, that's not it.
That's just not it.
I'm more into people.
I'm more noticing.
