I noticed things happening.

And already then in my marketing part, I noticed things aren't right.

And there are many people came to me like just when I talked about the office gossip during a meeting.

Oh, no, everything's fine.

And then after the meeting, they came to me.

Do you have time for a coffee?

And I said, yeah.

This guy and that and she and he and well, not true.

Why didn't you say it during the meeting?

And there I became interested in what's happening actually.

Not what people are saying officially, but what's like in that different space, what's happening there.

So I did further education in systemic coaching, team dynamics and organizational development there.

And so then I transitioned into that part of working space in another niche.

And then I worked in several companies from small and medium sized companies to corporate world.

So I saw it in all different kinds and it was actually always the same.

Like the main things, no matter if it is a CEO of a huge corporate or if it's like an entrepreneur with five employees.

The problems are always the same.

And there I started like, well, I worked in all these different fields.

Then I had like many workshops I did, leadership seminars, coachings and so on.

And then I realized I need something more.
