There's just one, something's missing because I love to work with groups.

And I did many workshops, team development and so on.

And team development is like brainstorming and developing ideas.

And I noticed many of the workshops

Actually, there were conflicts.

That's why I thought I need a little bit more knowledge than I had from the other further education.

So I did the further education mediation, well, conflict resolution.

Actually, I did for having more like realizing this could be a conflict, but as soon as I was finished, I had so many requests for conflict resolutions, what I actually didn't want.

So it somehow just came to me.

And yeah, and now almost 10 years ago, since then I'm self-employed and working in all these kinds of fields.

So it just grew and grew and grew step by step.

Yes, I'd say.

The situations are more or less the same.

Well, depends on what kind of type of person you are.

I think the main thing is to notice that conflict and misunderstandings are normal.

It's like sun rising and sun setting in the evening.

And if we understand that is normal, then it's already quite more easy.

Because of that, most people don't think it's normal.

They're like afraid of conflict.

Saying I have like a different point of view or I don't see it the way you do or even then somehow it's a conflict.
