So the fear of saying something because, oh, it's not normal.

I have, I'm like, I'm wrong.

I did something wrong.

I'm not capable.

And the other thing I see very often is harmony.

Wanting to preserve harmony whatsoever.

But that doesn't work.

But that just doesn't work.

And I see, and I have the feeling about your questions.

Is it different 10 years ago now?

I think the harmony problem is even worse now.

Before it was like more, especially for entrepreneurs and managers, or you have to say, and you know, and now like the leadership styles have changed.

Like this thing of wanting to preserve harmony at any cost is even, I think that even grew a little bit.

And it makes things worse, actually.

I guess, yeah, wanting to show oneself from the best part.

And, you know, like, how can I say?

Nowadays, having like that perfect life and everything's beautiful and we love each other and we don't have different thoughts about something.

It's like, you shouldn't do that.

It's something I feel that's happening even more.

So it's not a conflict by itself.
