I think from my point of view is important in my field, in that subject.
It's learning for me, a win-win for me and hopefully also for my clients.
Well, I have several things.
One thing is, as I already said, more public speaking to reach more people with the message that's really important to me.
And then like pushing my online programs.
I have like two online programs, one for conflict, like holding the difficult conversation with the employee.
That's one.
And the other one, what I prefer even more or what I want to push even more is not intervention, like conflict management is like an intervention, but more prevention.
What can I do as a leader to prevent difficult team dynamics and conflicts and so on?
So these are the two programs I want to push more and then keep on doing what I'm already doing and just having fun working.
Today, prevention is investing, well, as a leader in themselves.
I'm taking notes now.
The thing is also clarity.
Knowing what you want for yourself as a leader, the same as we have before.
Knowing what you want for your team, your company, whatever your thing is.
And then working on that in the sense of talking to your people and listening to them and listening, not only if, oh no, she's complaining again or he and so on and taking it serious and just listening and not being offended if somebody gives you a feedback you don't like.
But seeing, okay, what could I change?
Where does, do things develop?
Prevention is also noticing, as we already said, the elephant in the room, noticing it.
And noticing is it, if it's always quiet during a meeting, but you see people like on coffee and during lunch break, always talking, talking, talking, but during the meetings, it's like,
