That's okay.
Then you know something isn't right.
Talk to the people, ask, and if they come, listen.
I think that's the main thing and that way you can prevent the really difficult situation.
If you start early and notice something is evolving.
And if you react then, then it will never be like this huge conflict and difficult situation with tears and screaming and whatever.
That's what is important to me, prevention.
As in health, prevention isn't sexy.
That's the thing.
We all know we should eat healthier, drink more water than wine.
We should know we should exercise.
We all know everything.
But we still don't do it as much as we should.
We wait until something is happening and then we go to the doctor or whoever.
And for me, it's like the same.
Don't wait until you have to go to the doctor, but do what you can do before, before it's not illness, but like screaming and shouting and huge fluctuation and people getting sick and things like that.
