It's just dirty and grotty and the smell.
The city is like an open toilet almost, you know, when you walk around, especially on a hot day like today.
And I'm not even being dramatic when I say that.
There's vapes strewn around.
There was naggins strewn around.
There was a pint glass at one point.
And that was in a very short stretch from, say, Talbot Street to O'Connell Street.
That's what you saw this morning.
Exactly, yeah.
I took some photos on the way over here.
There was flower pots or flower beds that were basically being used as ashtrays.
You know, I do wonder what tourists think when they come here, what their view of the city is.
This is my World Cup, Clare.
I'm all over this to see a 62-year-old man, you know, going head to head in a debate with a bin is going to be just absolutely delicious if it works, if it goes ahead rather.
Yeah, one assumes he will win based on the fact that Count Binface got, I think, 95 votes in the last by-election that he stood in.
Yeah, Nigel Farage won that seat the last time, you know, he had support there.
Never underestimate the belligerence of either the British or Irish Republic, because I think if it were in Ireland, the bin would win because, you know, we've had Boaty McBoatface.
And I think just, you know, almost to stick it to Nigel Farage.
Now, he's not going to win, obviously, but either way, there's going to be another by-election anyway.
So it's a totally pointless panto, really.
