I think that we are at a point where it is really an us or them.
This, it is my strong opinion that we cannot vote our way out of this
Right.
And even if and and the real human level of this is that can anyone tell me how we are going to sustain ourselves for 11 more months with the hopes that the authoritarian regime that is in power would even
honor the election because guess what guys fascists i mean elections are not really their gig right it's not really their thing um they have it's performative they're stage theater but um guess what also fascists don't leave they don't leave so what does that mean for us are we going to continue to not not be uh and not realize that we are the it isn't us and them is it are we going to continue to to show up with signs and chance
when they are still gonna shoot us in the face, y'all.
It's just me, just what I'm seeing here.
And to think that we're going to midterm or vote our way out of this and go back to the old rules, they have written new ones and they are playing by those.
We have got to write some as well.
And we're sticking to, oh, this used to work.
The news flash here for me and I hope other people is that, yes, some of these things, yes, this worked in history in the 60s, the MLK of it all, the gay rights of it all, the women's suffrage of it all, yes, but we did not have fascists holding the key.
That's the difference.
These people do not care.
They cannot give less of a fuck about anything that we are doing because they're like, bring it.
We are emboldening them because they have the license.
They are given the permission to do this, to terrorize us.
And the treachery, the tyranny is becoming unbearable for just anyone watching, much less people in the street.
