I feel like I get a little bit of a mix depending on which fan you ask or what type of fan you ask.
I feel like if you ask the hardcore sickos, I'm talking the hardcore, hardcore sickos, they're like...
we don't care, we love it, we're so freaking excited, right?
But then if you ask people that only like AEW and they don't really like any other company, what I've noticed is that it kind of turns them off because either they don't know who the people are, so they don't really feel like they care,
or mainly they just want to see the AW people or maybe they just feel like oh well you know this match is really just thrown together there's not really like a reason rhyme or reason for a lot of these so I kind of heard a little bit of everything at this point but I think I think for me what I would want to see differently is I do I don't I don't want the concept of the show to be over because I do like
seeing people from New Japan and CMLL and all of the partnerships and doing these types of shows because it gives us matches that we don't get to see every day.
And I also love a lot of these people getting platformed on such a big stage.
So I don't necessarily want that to end.
But if there's a way where we can kind of make this feel...
I don't know.
I think if there's a way that we could do like a stronger built to it and not leave it up to like the last two to three weeks before the show, I would really like that.
I think that for me is the part that I would want where I would want it to feel like, OK, hey, you know, we got this big show coming up.
Let's really, really focus on this, you know, every single episode.
you know, a little bit longer than that.
But I mean, the matches that we have gotten to focus a whole lot on, of course, the Owen tournament, but Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland, like they've been telling an incredible story there.
Mark Briscoe and MJF has turned out to be something pretty damn fun.
And, you know, everything else has had some like a smaller type of story.
You know, they spice things up with Tecla and Starlight Kid.
but i think for the most part though like those were really the ones that had like the bigger stories the bigger you know time on aw tv but um i think that's what i would want to see be a little bit different but i don't know that i would want i don't think i want the concept to end like i want them to keep that going yeah uh or you just keep them apart
Yep, that is true.
