So she went to, I think initially she reached out to Apple and they said they couldn't do anything for her unless they could physically locate the Apple tag.

So that was a dead end.

Then she went to the mechanics and they said, this is so well concealed that we would have to dismantle the entire car, basically.

So she was literally left with no other choice but to leave the country and like uproot her whole entire life.

Oh my God.

And move home.

And, you know, this is a woman that had like a very successful career over there.

And obviously it's devastating.

So that case is actually ongoing.

And there's going to be a case in the summer where she'll be going against Apple.

I think since then that they have kind of implemented some anti-stalking techware.

But you think that this would have been...

I mean resolved early on like as soon as like they had actually come up with this kind of technology but obviously not so yeah it kind of just leans into the whole thing of harassment and the right to privacy and then very much coercive control as well that men are using surveillance so widely and so openly and the courts and the police are seeing more instances of this as well that this is how men are really controlling women like and

Yeah, again, this is kind of marketed towards parents who kind of, you know, might be worried about teenagers and want access to their phone, which obviously, like in the world that we're living in, that's completely reasonable.

But it's also very, very easy for an abusive man or woman to gain access to them and to upload them to their partner's phone without their knowledge.

So basically it gives someone a direct line to your private messages, to your calls.

And then it's also like a live stream of like your whereabouts as well.

So again, it's just all about control and just like a quick Google search on your app store.

And there's like a multitude of these apps that you can download and use.

And also just being spied on and surveilled without the knowledge that your partner could be doing this to you.
