Some aspects
Can be frustrating, but a lot of the bits I now accept and I sp I've got a philosophy, you know, I've got dementia.

And if I start worrying about trying to avoid situations and things where that I that could happen, it becomes very much limiting and probably compounds the the problems as well.
Well, it's interesting because at one level people
find it hard to think that I have a a form of dementia because most people don't know what dementia is and its variety of forms and that it's also a terminal disease.
And I was fortunate.
five years ago in getting involved in the Kyama Dementia Friendly Communities project.
It was one of a quite a number of pilot projects that was then Alzheimer's Australia were piloting around the country.
But one thing that the Chimera project really based itself on was having people with dementia as equal partners in the project.
