But again, not legal advice, not saying that you have to do the same.

Um but we just got working and and yeah, the the business just exploded.

We were able to get them from from fifteen to a hundred and fifty homes in in in less than two years' time.

They have an amazing office now, they have twenty

twenty five people on stuff, we build our own laundry over there.

So it's it's it it it was an amazing uh success uh there and that made us realize like hey we've done it now in Orlando, we just did it in Aruba, let's try and and see if we can help other business owners and and other managers do the same and and and help them break through that the ceiling that they have at fifteen or

twenty properties and and and get them to a hundred, two hundred, three hundred.

Um so that's how we came up with with the Casiola franchise uh concept and and now we've done it in a few uh location and and yeah it it it's very successful.

Best advice.

Well, everything depends on what they wanna accomplish, uh right.

But um I I know it's it's a very hard business, uh especially if you're doing it for a while.

So you need to make sure that the business can can run without you, that you have really good processes in place, um, that you have the right people in place to run the business uh for you.

And then you can really focus on on what's what's new, what are the newest trends, uh, how how can we grow uh this thing uh faster.

Um, also something I I see is a lot of people overcomplicate everything uh that they do.

So if you want to scale, you really have to simplify uh things as much as you can.

Um, you cannot have twenty

Different cut management agreements uh if if you want to scale.

You cannot have 20 different commission percentages, you cannot have one owner uh paying a cleaning fee and the other one only per hour.

And and and and and you have to simplify your business uh to scale.

And and and that is something that I see people doing a lot.
