So I of course I said like yeah, yeah, let's meet um as soon as possible.
I think the next day we had a meeting.
Um we we talked to each other, I explained what we did.
Um they were willing um to do a deal.
We agreed on the price, and I think within a week we had a uh signed agreement to to take over.
Uh back then I think it was
contracts so we were at around um 30 or 40 uh by that time and and uh we got um yeah a a deal to to buy 20 more um properties or or at least management agreements in the same resort so everybody knew exactly what we could do revenue wise what the cost and and and the profits uh would be um so i was able to negotiate
the price, we made up an agreement and and uh yeah we play

It's it's like a lot of effort, but you also have to have a little bit of uh luck.
Now, if I didn't reach out to that other company, I would have never gotten the deal.
But I did reach out and it was just the right time, uh the right person to do a deal and
And we got it done.
Now I reached out to a few others and for them it wasn't the right time and they were not interested.
So um don't just sit there and and wait until things happen to you.
You you have to go out there and and try things.
And and again, the reason that I did it was because I was so much behind on my growth plan that I thought, like, yeah, by just getting almost one by one, it gets
