And luckily in one of my mom's trips to Southeast Asia, that's when she started expose me to how much opportunity there was out here.
And so it really became part of who I am and who I want to be at a very young age.
And luckily for me, things work towards that.
And we built and started our company here in the Philippines.
So to be honest with you, in the very beginning of my career
Probably like many others, and don't get me wrong, there's no right or wrong path, but in the first few years of my career, looking back, I was chasing what society I think pressured me to be, which before those, you know, big names of who were once startup companies, I was chasing bigger companies to work for.
And, you know, I was going after the big job titles and
And trying to move up the ladder and hopefully make that big multi six figure.
Salary.
And that's all great.
There's a lot of people that can do that and are wildly successful, maybe more a lot more successful than what I've been able to do.
But it just wasn't for me.
You know, and I look back, I was like wondering why I was always feeling like I was in a strait jacket.
And then one day, somehow, one of my mentors and someone who believed in my career capabilities in the beginning, he said, Hey.
I think we have a great opportunity for you, but it's gonna require you moving to San Francisco.
And that's a great offer itself as San Francisco alone is a fantastic place.
Yeah.
And so I took that opportunity and that's when I started to get exposed to the smaller tech startup side.

And that's all of a sudden when I started to feel at home.
