Had some very strong sprinters, so I guess they were thinking, well, Cabol isn't going to make it.
Maybe they were hoping Cabol would make a difference on that final descent after the bonus seconds, uh, because she's such a brilliant descender, or make a difference earlier.
And then when they realized that Cabol wasn't going to uh to get away from those uh other five riders, that's when they decided to put Faulkner on.
ST works were also chasing for a while.
They had a lot of Kapeki in that group, uh, another potential stage winner from the chasers.
But yeah, in the end, um, of course, uh neither of those uh chases panned out.

Um, it was interesting, wasn't it, because Celia Jury was so active today, not just in instigating the breakaway group, but she put in an acceleration and an earlier climb, which had dropped Anna van der Bregen at one point.
Um, and she was really active yesterday.
She was such a key uh member of the team, dropping loads of key riders on that penultimate.
