Howkset's a rider's clearly got a lot of potential and I'm sure she'll continue to develop.

Um but I think any rider, any team would take a stage win, which she got in the end through you know, her current skill set, uh, over a you know, a tenth, twelfth place on G C.

So, you know, I think they've played it right for this tour.

We did, we did.

Very disappointing.

We uh we did earmark a couple of local fromageries, didn't we, to pick up um a local cheese, but unfortunately they were both closed.

Uh one seems to be closed for the holidays.

I think the other one's close for the Tour de France, fam.

Uh so we we failed, but I did manage to get some local speciality for dinner.

I got um Raviol de Dauphiné, which I made just down the road.

Uh very tiny uh raviol.

I truly like um uh pasta filled with fresh cheese, comte and and parsley and uh uh

Well

So I got a bit of cheese and uh apparently they were brought over this way by two Italian woodcutters who brought the uh idea over from the Alps and then made it uh a dish uh that was made locally and sold door to door before anyone thought to uh put it in a shop.
