Or as they mentioned, it can be a backpack and it can be mobile.
And I mean, the idea for those who don't maybe understand how it works, your cell phone, every moment, every couple of seconds is pinging the local tower.
This is what they do all day to keep you connected to your digital world.
And it constantly, as you drive around, it just connects to the closest tower, then the next one, the next one.
And so what this device does, it basically does a man in the middle attack and pretends to be a cell tower and tricks your phone to connecting to it.
And so they might claim, for example, on your block, they're looking for a bad guy and they know his phone number.
