And I'm looking, I'm going, oh my God.

And they knew something was wrong because I don't just respond like that.

And all of a sudden, so we're looking at my right arm.

And something, I it can't have been my bone.

I I mean, I again I can't wrap my head around it, but something started pushing up out of the spot to where as if something grabbed my arm and near the wrist and near the elbow and just started breaking it.

So if you visualize like maybe your arm being broken and the bone pushing up out of the skin.

That is exactly what happened on my arm.

We have a photo of it.

where I'd say an inch and a half, it never broke the skin, but it started pushing up while I was in this extreme pain.

I was literally wanting to yell, um, pushing out of my arm.

And then basically I had to get my wherewithal and realize, oh, this is what they would term a psychic attack.

But somehow it was turning physical to where those around me could actually see that I'll just say and when I say bump, that doesn't do it justice because it was more like a finger poking from inside my arm out.

It was that distinct.

I did again when I could wrap my head around and calm down a little bit.

I'm like, okay.

And I went I went in a a room actually that I call the Shanghai room.

So I painted this specific room with Shanghai paint.

I don't know if we talked about that.

But went in there for just say extra protection to stay in that energy of Shanghai.

And then I got to focus on it being just letting go, not doing it.
