And then over it was moments and not not like so I'd say a minute, a minute or less, all of a sudden that huge again, what looked like a large bump or about the size of your finger trying to poke out.
Which gave me the impression it was my bone somehow doing that.

And then the pain started to dissipate when I started again surrounding myself with white light.
Um, putting my thoughts around that entity that I just dealt with, you know, maybe the half an hour before in the beginning of the session, and then the session ended, and got rid of it, and then it started to taper down.
So that would be what I would term
I wouldn't even turn this psychic attack, but it was, but it was somehow it manifested physically and was literally, as far as I could tell, trying to break my arm.
But my arm wasn't broke after the fact.
This only lasted a few minutes.
By that point I had done hundreds of sessions and would have never said that was possible.
I'm just a blunt guy, just drive with said, nope, it's all gonna be an energy thing.
You know, it's all gonna work in our intentions and what we call our imagination, even though you'll still feel it and it's real, but usually it's not a physical thing.
But after that day.
It's a hundred percent I know it's a thing, that those darker or evil entities can affect us physically as well.
And that was my first experience realizing that.

Um, I will I'll tell you this.
So I grew up neutral.
So I've joined no religions.
It just wasn't something that was in my family at the time.
