And anywhere that anyone that they're where they're feeding community like bird feeders or squirrel feeders are a major issue.

So if there is a threat of squirrel pox virus, the first advice is to always take anything like that down.

And but yeah, so they break out in sores and lesions around their feet, their genitals, their mouth, their eyes, their ears.

And they become extremely unwell.

And you will see them feeding for the first few days and then they become too lethargic to be able to really do that.

And they'll pass away.

It'll be a slow and painful death.

Yeah, it's not nice.

They do, yeah.

So they are... Grey squirrels come from the east of North America and there are many other squirrel species domesticated.

there that they have competed with and evolved with so they're actually really good competitors red squirrels aren't really just they're not as strong competitors as them so grey squirrels will eat they have a much higher tolerance for tannin for example and that's when tree seeds like acorns and hazelnuts are unripe they have really high tannin levels and
