When Wilshere goes in, it's difficult to tell for the referee who makes the initial contact, whether it be Christensen or Wilshere.
If you watch it, not only does Kante come across his body, you see quite clearly that Fabregas does as well.
The referee is in a position there that if he gambles, and gambles wrongly, he's got a red card.
It's not possible to send somebody off for something you didn't see.
And I would say there is no way the referee, and this is a great view here, there is no way the referee can see that situation clearly enough to make a decision to send a player off.
It's exactly what he's done.
He cannot make that decision.
