I wanna experience as much as I possibly can, right?
As much as I possibly can.
And to do that, I have to do things that are wildly uncomfortable.
If you want different results, you have to do something different.
If you keep doing the same things, you're gonna get the same result, right?
So if I wanna see something different in my podcast, in my business, and how I'm showing up and who I am, I have to do something different.
And that's one of the things that I'm doing right now is just reaching out to people who literally just feel out of my league.
And I already had someone respond back and be like, Yeah, absolutely.

So if you think about, oh my gosh, I want to feel more confident in who I am, I wanna show up for life, I wanna do all these big courageous things, love one thing at a time.
What's one thing you can do today?
What's one thing you can do this week, right?
And it could be like I started out doing things like making more eye contact with people, smiling, making small talk with the barista, like just going up to a new friend or even someone that I'd met once, say hi, initiate a conversation.
Like these are beautiful, small ways.
