I'm gonna know one gal, I know no one else, I don't know where it is, I don't, I don't know.
Anything, really.
But like the more that I'm okay being uncomfortable, the more I'm going to grow.
And the really cool thing is you then get to learn, like I have learned about myself, I can handle a lot because I put myself in very uncomfortable positions.
like I'm talking about, to grow and to see what's possible and just to push myself out of my comfort zone all the time.
And then I start to feel more comfortable, like, oh, I'm totally fine.
I survived that.
I'm fine.
I survived the no, I survived the not hearing back.
I survived.
I s like let's imagine I'm starting a conversation with a possible new friend or something and it doesn't go well.
Oh, I'm still alive, I survived that.
The more we can get comfortable with the discomfort, the more we're going to grow.
And then you become more confident in yourself 'cause you're like, oh, that actually really wasn't as big of a deal as I thought it was.
Because you're resilient.
You are resilient.
So two big pieces from today.
One decision at a time.
