So every year, the Wexner Israel Fellowship supported 10 students who were enrolled in the Kennedy School's one-year master in public administration program.
And according to the foundation's website, the point of the fellowship was to, quote, provide Israel's next generation of public leaders with advanced leadership and public management training.
And more than 280 Israeli public officials have participated in the fellowship since its inception.
I think for the university, the entire Epstein saga has been a very deliberate response.
And I think the point that they consistently make is that, look, our report came out in 2020.
These files only came out in 2025 or 2026.

And so their response has always been, hey, we're learning this information just as you are.

We consistently went to Harvard, asked them to tell us what legal obligations were.
They wouldn't give any more information.
But when the dean, Jeremy Weinstein, new dean, joined about two years ago, he told everyone that the office of the president told him and the people that submitted the request to the students, people like Lauren, that, quote, the university's legal obligations prohibit such a denaming.
No more information.
We went to them expecting them to have more information, but they were in the same boat.
They didn't have much color as well.
So Lauren, one of the students who backed the proposal, told us that she received just a four-sentence email from the office of the president about an hour before Weinstein informed everyone of the decision.
And for Lauren, it was the first communication the group got since March.
