It was interesting too because we had to wait a couple of months for her to start.
So it kind of felt like it was building, you know, and it was like, are we going to miss the opportunity of when a lot of this work had been?
But has she settled in quite well?
I did talk to her about before she started the fact that the goal was to manage up.
In all reality, because you're both talent, is the fact that she would probably be coming in and if there's an opportunity, then to manage up rather than just managing down.

Yeah, which I think is quite different for a lot of workplaces, but you guys are not a standard workplace.
