I've only had one complaint, Matty.
And then bringing it all together.
One of the things that I've been reflecting on is his gratitude for what you guys do have.
Because often we look at the grass is greener on the other side and we're just like everything must be better than this business because this is hard and this is this.
And I think it's opened his eyes not just to other businesses but other challenges in businesses.
Because even when you guys interview people, even though historically people have been through rough times, generally speaking, if people are talking about their journey in business on a podcast situation, it's come right somehow.
So you're getting the tidy packaged up version, not the I'm in the trenches version.
It is hard, though, isn't it, to do that?
I mean, I signed up probably one of my biggest clients last week.
And on one hand, it was like, yay.
On the other hand, I was like, oh, shit.
You know, it's just that.
And just then it's straight back into it and get on with it.
I keep a journal of my personal victory journal, I think it's called.
James Lachlan introduced it to me and I love it.
I love it because it just allows me to just record what I'm super proud of.
And sometimes it might be I'm super proud of saying no to these things or it might be I'm super proud of this, you know, how many talks, how many keynotes I've done this year or whatever it is.
But in, and I'm just thinking now because this week's been a really, really rough week for me work-wise.
Not because anything's gone wrong, just because I've questioned my own leadership and how I'm leading and how I've probably not done a particularly good job in certain areas.
And so I was just thinking, I should probably go and read that book this week.
