I'll say the cheesiest thing in the world, which is just listen to your heart, you know, like your heart's telling you things, just listen to your heart, you know, but just wherever you are in your health journey and your illness journey and any journey, just, just listen, right.
Listen to yourself, listen to your intuition and trust it.
