And I mean, if he is able to maximize, you know, he hits all the incentives and is here for all, you know, is here in Philadelphia for all four years, then you would be talking about maybe $40 million per contract.
I think off of his guarantees right now, you're talking about high 20s, which is pretty good.
You know, it's market rate.
