In sevens, you miss a tackle, it's a try.

So that's exactly the same thing.

You have to be really focused on the rule in the contact area.

So that was the idea.

We want to make a real process with seven with every age grade from under 15 to under 14 to under 20.

And the goal was to improve the level, especially of our backs and our back row.

So that's the reason why we were in that kind of process.

They are really precise, they are good workers, they are really organised, so professional rugby, that's really good things to put in the coaching.

What sets them apart from French coaches do you think?

I think that they are a little bit more focused on the management and the relationship management of their staff and the relationship with the player.

They are more open to talk with the players to give them a little bit more leadership on the pitch.

So I think the relationship is quite different.

In France, it's a little bit sometimes too emotional.

You know, the coach wants to control everything.

And I think with Irish guys, it's not exactly the same.
