So really to focus on like some sessions and the rest I'm it's kind of okay, whatever happens, whatever you feel like.

But that really because they make sense.

Like I I really like things making sense.

So I know

On in theory I know how to train and I know what I had to do or what I should do but

If it's just me telling myself, I'm never gonna do it.

So if someone else tells me what to do and why I have to do this and why it's gonna be

Good for me in the future, um and how I'm gonna benefit from it.

It helps, yeah.

So really like someone else externally telling me, okay, you these are the sessions and we're doing these because of that, um, and that's gonna be beneficial for you because of this.

So I think really these like structured course sessions, um, and not only doing like

really long days, back to back, uh crazy long runs, crazy long cycling rides and yeah, I think that really

put everything into perspective for me and I think that really helped me so far.

I mean I used to just have like normal nine to five job.

I worked in corporate.
