It's a very similar type of recourse that we've seen where agencies, employees, where Trump has just made an executive decision not using any processes, not following the law.
At the end of the day, the SEVP program is a very entailed program.
It takes quite a bit of time, years, for a university to get approved by the Department of Homeland Security.
They look at things like programs.
If a school like Harvard isn't going to get that, pretty much no other university does.
And then they get recertified every two years.
