We're going to get to, um, that exclusive interview in just a moment, but we're breaking news as it involves, uh, the late Jeffrey Epstein and what is happening at the FBI and the investigation. And this is according to, let's put it up now, according to, um, Axios, FBI's, uh, Dan Bongino clashes with AG Bondi over, um, handling of epstein files and then we have the cnn reporting uh as well deputy fbi director dan bongino has told people he is considering resigning amid epstein files fallout that's according to sources um but this story was first reported by news nation if we scroll in a little bit and i'll read some of it for you um according to the sources here there is tumult turmoil going on
between, let's go back to the CNN reporting, between Pam Bonding, reportedly, Dan Bongino, and the director of the FBI, Kash Patel. Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino has told people he is considering resigning amid a major clash between the FBI and the Justice Department over the continued fallout from the release of Jeffrey Epstein memo. Sources familiar with the matter told CNN this comes after a heated confrontation with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the handling of the case earlier this week. Now, let me just summarize. According to the report, Dan Bongino is telling people it's him. or Pam Bondi. And so at this point, we don't know exactly what is going to happen. But I can tell you right now, we have a couple people with us that you're going to be interested in hearing from.
First of all, I'm going to tell you that we have Charles Coleman, who is a distinguished attorney. We also have Dina Dahl, who is a distinguished attorney. Mark, when you heard the news about this, what's happening at the FBI, and I know that there are certain things that you want about your brother's case to come to light in the investigation, what do you think is going on here? What's your reaction when you heard this?
I just think it's a compilation of all the... incompetency that's been taking place there. But as I mentioned for the past almost six years, I'm not that concerned with the case against my brother in the charges. I had nothing to do with that, and that's not my job to defend him. My concern is the details of the circumstances around what I used to refer to as my brother's death, and now I refer to it as my brother's murder. Because as time goes on and more and more things come to light, it's pretty obvious that it wasn't a suicide. So what's happening is a lot of people are trying to throw their hat into the ring. and try to get part of the story and make a story out of it. And there's a lot of misinformation going on.
Just the other day, I was described as Jeffrey's older brother. I'm not the older brother. It's that kind of stuff that people aren't being thorough, and they're just trying to make a story out of things. But again, I'm concerned about my brother's death and the missing information that we can't get, that you would normally get in a normal situation like this. I mean, simple questions like the night... He was locked in for the last time the night of August 9th. We know that one of the guards that got in trouble, Tova Noel, was there. The other guard, Michael Thomas, he was not there when they locked up the cell. He came on shift in the middle of the night. And in the DOJ report, they talk about an unnamed guard number one and an unnamed guard number two.
Who are they and why are they unnamed? That doesn't seem normal. We also can't get a copy of the 911 call. that was made from the prison when they found Jeff's body. Also, I can't get the PCR report, which is the report that the EMTs fill out after every call they make.
