I think we have to worry about it because for the next few minutes, I'm gonna lay out just a few examples of why I believe that yesterday the president gave a White House performance. Why I believe what I said, but yesterday the president gave a White House performance that raised, I believe, legitimate questions about coherence and his command of policies. And let's not forget. It's the same man who relentlessly trolled, as I said, Joe Biden during his presidency, accusing him of being old, sleepy, and incompetent.
So I want to begin with a speech. This was in the Rose Garden yesterday, in which Donald Trump presented this insane scenario involving an electric boat, a sinking battery, and a shark waiting nearby.

Instead, he gave us a I guess Jaws, meaning the final destination. That he was somehow performing live. By a man with access to the nuclear codes. He then began reflecting on power of the presidency. And made this joke. That could have been used. I don't know. Well he could a he said it he said a joke that he wanted to ban. Fishing, I don't understand it. Tell me if you understand it. Here it is.
