a rehab stage that you have to go through to kind of come back to normal life and realise there's more than just Celtic, Rangers, the kind of, yeah, as I said, the intensity of it.
It's very, very consuming.
And that's why you see very good players coming up here or coaches coming up here and they just don't quite adapt to it.
And then you see
certain people that just fit to it really really well it's it's a really really intense environment as i said it's not the 90 minutes it's it's everyday life um so yeah i suppose when you do come out of it you uh yeah you certainly realize how intense it is and sometimes how chaotic it is
