So I like I build my worldview, I go outside a little bit where I still trust that we're all looking at the same thing the same way and say,
Is there alignment that this worldview might be it?
Might be a best bet.
And then when I share this with my team and we share that rationale, I think we build confidence by aligning that together we do agree that the signals tell us that this is the best way to spend our time.
Cause at the end of the day, when you're working, when you're doing SEO, you're doing anything for anybody, yourself included.
You have X time on Earth.
Like are you spending it in a way that you think's worth it and is going to drive impact one way or another and make a mark?
And I think you can make that mark if you know you've made the best decision with all available criteria.
And and the big thing is with confidence is knowing full well that tomorrow this is the wrong answer.
Tomorrow there'll be new information.
There'll be different criteria.
There'll be all kinds of stuff.
But like you can't be worried because, hey man, I had all the information available.
This is my decision.

And at the end of the day, confidence, it's just knowing that you are an expert and you can deliver to your leadership team.
