What am I going to do the short term?
To kind of fill that gap.
And then what do I need to do with that short term?
I cause you can always short term.
Hire out, higher maybe like a temporary role.
But long term, what will I do?
Like for me, it's always how will I use the short-term solution that I'm using to figure out what I need for the long term?
And then kind of lay that groundwork in parallel in many ways, right?
Because otherwise, as things are changing quickly, you almost can't take a bet to assume that something is gonna fit your need the right way unless it just so happens that they have the same experience that you're already looking for, which doesn't get you diversity in perspective.
It kind of just gets you it gets you same and sometimes that's fun because it's nice.
But it's also
You don't get what you need, right?
To grow.
How interesting.
I'm trying to separate the two in my head.
Cause I think my confidence usually comes from conviction, at least in the way that I would define those words.
But I I take your point.
Well, the way that I would think about this is you don't know what's true.
You don't know what's gonna happen.
No one is actually an oracle.
