Six years now.

And I went through a cancer battle, a huge adventure on its own.

And I thought, you know, after that, I came out being a little more kind of introspective and looking at my life and kind of appreciating things a little more.

So I thought a book

Well, yeah, yeah, there was some, I mean,

I've been pretty open about my life all the way through.

Actually, starting in 2015, I did something.

I did a TED Talk about my dad, about the abuse I suffered and so forth.

And that was in front of an audience.

So that was pretty tough.

I did the same in Sweden, my home country.

I did a radio show there.

So I think once I opened up, it made me feel better.

And I think a lot of people responded to it.

A lot of men responded to it.

These men aren't supposed to take anything.

We're not supposed to complain.

You know, just soldier on.

So I wasn't really concerned about so much what I've been through.

But obviously, I've had an interesting life.
