You know, as Catherine said, it should be a conversation or a great process is a conversation.

So having the preparation and the confidence to be able to go back and say, yeah, what about this?

Or how do you explore this?

Or how would you do this based on what your context might be?

I think is really important to sort of prepare for an interview as well.

I think that success, like what does success look like is a great question, one that we've fielded many times in our interview processes together, Catherine, over the last little while.

In particular for a coaching role, it is the, like, I guess a question about the avenues for support, I think is another one.

So, you know, you might be going to a new VJBL club or you might be going for a state team job.

And so if that's your first time doing that, like might be your first time going for a higher team or it might be your first time going into an age group or coaching a different gender or whatever it might be.

It's like, what is the plan of support that exists for that club to be able to help you as you manage that?

Like, should you be successful in the position?

How would I go about or what support can I expect from whom as well?

Is it a DOC?

Is it a coaching coordinator?

Is it a mentor?

Is it a direct to the GM?

Is it a coach education manager?

Like, you know, a high performance coach, whatever it might be.

Who is the person that I can look to for support and what is that support going to look like?

Can I put a bit of an asterisk on the ring in advance or say questions in advance?
