Yep, so my role at Onshore, I head up our agricultural practice.

So what that means is I first of all help identify this is good opportunities for folks.

I've been working in tax for the last 16 years.

Last 11, I've been solely focused on this one R&D credit and really pioneering it for the agriculture industry.

But simply put, I just get to know people, see if it makes sense to their operations.

There's a variety of ways it does, and there's some folks that it may not.

So that's kind of what I do and help out.
