Over 100 grand.
No.
This is completely different.
Let's go deeper.
That's right.
No.
No, no, no.
So a lot like the 180, you know, your Bo Safra guys do, that was put in the Internal Revenue Code in 1955.
Well, this was put in place in 81.
But a lot like 180, you guys hadn't heard about until, what, 5, 6, 7, 10 years ago?
Similarly here, this is originally a lot of manufacturing, engineering architects that were claiming this credit.
And it was put in place originally for more big pharma, big auto, and it was more patents and inventions.
The Reagan administration put this in place.
They said, hey, if we can win the tech battle and have better patents and inventions than anyone else, other countries with cheaper labor, when they try to import their vehicles into the U.S., they're going to struggle because we're going to have such superior manufacturing sector.
Okay.
Fast forward 20 years, that didn't quite work out.
But the reason we're talking about this now is the Bush administration in the early 2000s, they updated the rules.
So in 2003, they actually changed the laws and said, instead of doing something new to the industry, if you're doing something new to the taxpayer, you're trying to improve the performance of your product or the yield of your crop, then we'll actually give you a credit on the labor and on the inputs, seed, chem, fert, irrigation that you guys are using.
Yeah, write-off is the wrong term.
I mean, I guess, do you want to speak to the difference between a credit and a deduction and even just start there?
