Was there a conversation between a certain player and yourself to kind of get that ship headed in the right direction?

Not really.

I feel like I'd been there long enough.

establish some sort of trust, I think, with guys, you know, where they start to know who you are and how you are and knowing that this isn't fake.

This isn't everything you're seeing is real.

This is how I feel.

And it doesn't really change.

Um, so, but so through the course of spring and the beginning of the season was talking to all of them all the time, right?

That's what you do as a bench coach.

You're talking to your guys and, and getting a feel for your club.

Uh, but it did have conversations obviously with, with Bryce and Trey and, and Schwab.

We talked about the order a little bit, those guys up top, uh, where they were comfortable, that sort of thing.

I had ideas, uh,

with what I wanted to do.

But I know that just because it's my idea, if guys don't buy into that, then it's worthless.

So we talked about it, came to a conclusion, and it kind of went from there.

I would say some stuff Snides does, and I don't know if it's Snides or the organization, how it was, really inclusive.

I felt like getting input from a lot of different people.

I think from front office, having that input be, you know, kind of coming from everywhere.

Some of the things Snides does,
