That is what's driving this industry forward right now.
If you want someone that can clean your house 24 hours a day and serve you food and take care of your cat or dog, we can imagine that at some point in the future, I think it's pretty far off.
We might have humanoids to do that type of thing.
But we have to think about this moment like maybe thinking about smartphones in the mid-2000s.
You know, if somebody
asked you, do you want a small TV that goes in your pocket in nineteen ninety-five?
You might say no, right?
So I guess at this point it requires a little bit of imagination to see where this industry is going.

Everything about climbing into a driverless cab feels strange.
It's an awkward experience and when the car starts moving, it really does feel almost frightening the first time you do it.

I'm basically run her.
When you eventually climb into a driverless cab in a country that's not China and not the US,
It probably is going to be driven by Chinese technology.
That's because Chinese companies that do this type of service, driverless cabs, are moving overseas very, very quickly.
There's a project that's going to be launching in Switzerland early next year.
It's a tie-up between a local company and a tech company called Baidu.
This is China's main search engine and now AI giant.
And they are providing the technology that will be driving these cabs around the cantons of Switzerland.
