When you look at preparing accounts, cash flows, budgets, AI can do a huge amount of that now.

So the safer careers of the past, I think, are more at risk.

And the more entrepreneurial careers, personal services, hairdressing, trades, are coming back in vogue now.

Well, are they out of work because of AI?

Like take the influencers, for example.

If you think influencing is essentially marketing, and in the old days, you went to college, you got a marketing qualification, you joined a company and you worked your way up.

If you go for a marketing job now, even as a graduate, they want to see what have you created?

How many followers have you got?

What content have you created?

What products have you promoted?

So does it democratize things and actually allow people, rather than being out of work, to create their own work?

But I suppose the point I'm making is that for that wood turner, the fact that they can access the global market and create a community and create interest for their business is definitely... It allows them to have autonomy and allows them to do something positive.

And that's where I think bringing people back to the things that AI can't do.

Like, for example, if you ask AI to solve a problem, what does it do?

It looks for how the problem was solved in the past and it recreates that.

So the roles that bring creativity back into four are the ones that are more valuable.

And even when you think about the roles that will be replaced in, for example, finance or in law,

It's the creative and strategic part that AI is particularly weak at for the moment.

Because the other thing that's happening, at the moment, AI has been created by humans.

The next generation of AI is being created by AI.
