So that's where it's going to get very interesting.

AI gets it wrong and AI also hallucinates, which is really scary.

There was a case in the States recently where a panel of three judges had to correct an attorney who stood up and quoted case law that didn't exist.

So absolutely human oversight is needed.

But I do think that the roles where people embrace AI and use it as an effective tool to drive their productivity are the roles and are the people within organizations that will do better.

Yeah, well, a huge amount.

And the other thing that's important, I think, is it's just speed to the information.

So for the likes of reviewing legal documents, you know, that is where the computing power comes about.

And we've seen there was an announcement this week that Intel are investing five billion euros further in Ireland.

And when I heard that initially, I thought, oh, they're obviously going to build a new fab.

They're not building a new fab.

They're just extending and upgrading the existing fabs to be able to create more of these chips that are going to be needed for A.I.,

So again, that's going to create jobs in the short term, but to drive a reduction in headcount in other organizations in the long term.

Well, from my understanding of that is exactly where one AI agent is talking to another AI agent.

Well, if you look at a business like Anthropic, for example, they went in a very short period of time from making a billion dollars a year to this year making 60 billion.

All driven by, and again, a very small team, but all driven by AI and this system to system environment, which is, we're not prepared for it though.

And the guardrails aren't there at the moment and the oversight, because the challenge we have for all governments is that this technology is moving far more quickly than regulation can keep up with.

Yeah, and I would agree with that.

And I think this isn't a new thing.

If you look at what's happened, even if you go back to the last 20 or 30 years of the internet and digital services, how we transact in banks, how we transact with our insurance companies, we have been reducing headcount and migrating people online for 20 years plus.
