This is the next evolution of that.

So I do think we need to embrace it.

But I would caution that we need better oversight and better controls.

Yeah, the other thing that is remarkable is when you look at this, if you look at what they're calling the AI arms race and the investment that's happening by the large companies like Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, they are spending this year approximately 730 billion capex on AI.

That is almost as much as the US spends on their defence budget.

It's like 2.9% of US GDP.

So this is a huge investment.

But it is going to create much, much flatter organizations and much leaner organizations.

So even that chap that's talking about software development being done by AI, your job is at risk.

I think it's really important anytime you get any information from AI that you challenge it and you fact check it.

And the other thing that's really important with AI, whether you're using Copilot or whether you're using ChatGPT or whatever tool you like, you have to personalize it.

You have to go into the settings and tell it, I don't want you to be polite to me.

I want to be challenged.

And only by personalizing your AI can you get more accurate output from it.

No, I mean, you can see it improving tools for that.

But yeah, I think there's a lot to be said for the return to some of the roles that AI is not going to replace.
