think you're right you would have to call you would have to say the closest to this is Cyrus the Great right you'd have to go back to Cyrus the Great you'd have to go back to the Persian leader who toppled the Babylonians and then returned and restored peace to the region allowed the flourishing the rebuilding of the temple
And there are, in fact, posters going up.
I've seen images going around referring to Trump as the return of Cyrus the Great.
It looks as though the president should be coming out here any second.
Yep.
Kurt Mills, you've said something a couple of times yesterday's show and today about the underplay about President Trump's empathy, how empathetic he is.
give me give me a minute on that as we wait for the president absolutely uh this is somebody who uh you know obviously a tough guy uh he's seen as uh uh ogress by his opponents uh but in moments of uh crisis hang on one second we have the we have the official um
I do worry that Trump may be in a little over his head on some of these subjects.
For example, he keeps saying that this conflict has been going on for 3,000 years, but Islam has only existed for 1,500 years.
So that's not exactly correct.
I saw that when Trump went to the Gulf, of course, the Qataris, I think, were trying to influence him by giving him the airplane.
after he was in the Gulf visit, Trump started talking about starvation in Gaza, which was really an Arab talking point.
It wasn't something that was true.
So I just wonder if the Arab countries feel they can sway Trump.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
That's the Israel...
I think there's a lot of people in the world, including many in the United States and independents, that say there was a huge problem.
Now, maybe the food didn't get to people because of Hamas, but there was definitely a starvation problem.
You can't say there wasn't.
It was definitely a problem.
