So I ask this question of some really successful people.
I mean, they come up with big numbers, big numbers.
And I say, so, okay, how much do you exercise every day or how much physical activity do you do each week?
And, well, I don't have time for that.
So you'd invest a million dollars for a year of your life, but you won't invest 30 minutes a day for the same potential benefit?
I was going to say I don't get it, but I do get it.
It's human nature.

I just landed at Delta three days ago with my wife.
And instead of taking that laxant bus, you know, goes all the way around and takes you straight to Uber, we walked to the Uber lot.
Now, that's an example of finding ways to squeeze in fitness just as part of your life.
I agree completely.
I do a lot of purposeful walking.
I used to drive to the post office three quarters of a mile away.
I walk now.
I've got my reward walks.
That's the gelato.
