Sure.
So I'm the software sales director at BHMI.
And BHMI is really best known for our Concourse Financial Software Suite, which is a modular back office payments processing platform.
And it's actually used by some of the leading financial institutions around the globe.
You might not have recognized our name, but you would recognize their names.
Essentially, Concourse is ideally suited for organizations that process millions of payment transactions every day.
and they have very diverse and complex back office needs.
Our system supports both issuers and acquirers and any type of card or non-card transactions.
So it includes credit, debit, ATM, POS, mobile, P2P, and of course, instant payments.
I think really what's distinctive about Concourse is that it does process
Transactions in real time.
So we've been doing real time now for over 20 years, long before real time or instant payments were even a reality.
And it really solves the back office bottleneck that's caused by legacy batch systems.
And the world really is demanding real-time payments, so we need to figure out a way to resolve the batch process in the back office.
So it's essentially a modern, automated, real-time, rules-based system that performs functions like settlement, reconciliation, chargeback management, and allocates fees and commissions.
I would say that probably the thing that's most important to know about concourse is
is that it will process instant payments alongside of all of those traditional payment types.
So it really enables the financial institutions to evolve.
