Anyway, to make your point, to be fair to Rob Carney, that was a perception that people felt in the setup and he had the balls to air it.
And as soon as probably what happened with Saracen and all the good meetings,
it needs absolute honesty and it needs loads of care.
And I know that sounds really shitty, but Rob cared about the general group getting better, saw this as a flaw, knew that it was an underlying issue with other people and fucking just said it.
From my memory, it was, you know, you break off with, in small groups, with kind of these little whiteboards and you come back and he presented it.
And to be fair, it wasn't up on the board from what I remember, but he elaborated the point and said it.
And what I remember is I think a few of the Munster senior players went, hold on.

They could hear the honest appraisal, the honesty from him.
And they were like...
nearly fucking flesh that out a bit more.
